🗑️ Delete Account & Data
We respect your right to privacy and data control. This page explains how to permanently delete your DEKI account and all associated personal data.
⚠️ Important: This action is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Option 1 — Delete directly in the app
- Open the DEKI app on your device
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to our support team:

Timeline
- Immediately: Account deactivated, no longer visible to others
- Within 7 days: Personal data removed from active systems
- Within 30 days: All data permanently deleted from backups
